What This Magnetic Paint Spray Does

Magnetic Paint Spray is a specialty aerosol that turns a painted area into a practical magnetic surface for light, flat magnets. Instead of damaging walls with pins, nails, or tape, you can create a clean “magnet zone” for photos, notes, kids’ learning material, reminders, sketches, and small display items in any size you want.

In Pakistan, ready-made magnetic boards are often limited in size and don’t fit real spaces. This spray solves that by letting you convert a wall section, panel, cupboard side, wooden board, or workstation area into a magnetic display surface with a fast, repeatable workflow.

About The Product

The Pakistan problem it solves

Most people in Pakistan use thumbtacks, pins, and tape to hang photos, notices, kids’ work, and office reminders. That damages paint, leaves marks, and looks messy over time. A magnetic surface is a cleaner alternative, but pre-made magnetic boards are usually small or inconvenient to install. Pintyplus Magnetic Paint Spray lets you create a custom magnetic display area on surfaces you already have, and refresh it later when needed.

What this product does:

  • Creates a magnetic base layer that attracts light, flat magnets
  • Helps replace pins and tape for daily posting and display
  • Builds magnetic pull gradually with additional coats
  • Magnet primer paint creates magnetic surfaces for walls and boards.
  • Can be topcoated for colour and aesthetics (use thin topcoats)

Where to use it

Home and family

  • Kitchen reminder wall, grocery notes, family photos
  • Kids’ learning corners: magnetic letters, shapes, learning visuals
  • Study and home office planning boards

Office, school, and studio

  • Schedules, plans, sketches, mood boards
  • Classroom display boards and learning aids
  • Workshop notice areas without holes or tape

Retail and display

  • Shop backwalls, product highlight zones, visual merchandising boards

Key features and benefits

  • Magnetic surface creation without drilling, pins, or tape
  • Aerosol format for quick, uniform coverage on panels and boards
  • Magnetic strength improves as you add layers
  • Magnetic wall paint turns surfaces into functional magnet-holding walls.
  • Works best as a “system layer” with the right primer for the substrate
  • Premium European quality and 100% made in Spain

How to apply (step by step)

  1. Surface prep: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, wax, and loose paint.
  2. Prime if needed: For best adhesion and durability, use Pintyplus Universal Primer when the substrate requires it.
  3. Shake well: Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute after you hear the mixing balls.
  4. Spray distance: Spray from about 25 cm.
  5. Apply thin coats: Use thin, quick coats, first horizontally, then vertically. Avoid heavy wet coats.
  6. Minimum coats for magnet effect: Apply at least 2 coats to get magnet attraction.
  7. Stronger effect: If the magnet pull feels weak, add more coats. More layers increase attraction.
  8. If you will topcoat with another paint: Apply a minimum of 4 coats of Magnetic Paint first. Wait 5 minutes between coats, then wait 24 hours before applying the topcoat.
  9. Important: Thick topcoats can reduce or eliminate the magnetic effect. Keep finishing layers thin if magnet strength matters.
  10. Clear the nozzle: After finishing, invert the can and spray until only gas comes out to reduce clogging.

Safety, storage and handling

  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame.
  • Pressurized container: do not puncture or burn.
  • Avoid inhalation of spray mist; use a suitable mask for repeated spraying.
  • Wear gloves and eye protection, especially during overhead work.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not use on devices connected to the electrical network.

Why choose Spanish made Magnetic Paint Spray

Magnetic coatings are sensitive to consistency. If metallic content distribution or spray application varies, results become patchy and weak. Pintyplus Magnetic Paint Spray is premium European quality and 100% made in Spain, supporting more predictable spray behavior and repeatable magnetic performance, especially important when you’re building a magnetic zone over multiple coats. Choose iron powder paint spray for durable metal protection.

FAQs

Q1: What does Magnetic Paint Spray actually do?

It creates a painted surface that attracts light, flat magnets, allowing you to hang notes, photos, and learning material without pins or tape.

Q2: Will it hold heavy magnets or heavy objects?

It’s designed for light, flat magnets. For heavier items, results depend on how many coats you apply and the magnet strength. Add more coats if the pull feels weak.

Q3: How many coats should I apply for good magnetic pull?

Minimum 2 coats for magnet attraction. For stronger pull, apply additional coats.

Q4: Can I paint another colour on top?

Yes. If you plan to topcoat, apply at least 4 coats of Magnetic Paint first, wait 5 minutes between coats, then wait 24 hours before applying the topcoat.

Q5: Can I use Chalk Paint as the topcoat?

Be careful. Thick paints can reduce or eliminate the magnetic effect. Keep topcoats thin if you want strong magnet pull.

Q6: What surfaces can I use it on?

It can be applied on many surfaces with proper preparation. For best adhesion, use the appropriate primer for the substrate (for example, Universal Primer for many common surfaces).

Q7: How long does it take to dry?

Surface dry is about 30 minutes in typical conditions.

Q8: When can I recoat with the same product?

You can recoat after about 5 minutes. Use thin coats.

Q9: Do you deliver in Lahore and across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan, with free delivery within Lahore.
