Customers place the order through checkout before payment is requested.
Advance payment
For delivery orders, payment is made in advance before dispatch. Payment/account instructions are shared with the customer after order confirmation.
Lahore pickup
A customer collecting an order in person may pay cash at the outlet/warehouse, subject to order confirmation and availability.
Payment confirmation
Dispatch starts after payment is verified. Customers should retain their transaction reference until the order is completed.
