Payment Policy

Effective Date: March 01, 2026

This policy explains how you can pay for your orders, what happens after payment, and what rules apply to chargebacks, delays, or failed payments.

  1. Definitions
  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Marjan Polymer Industries, operator of spraypaint.pk.
  • “Customer”, “you”, or “user” refers to anyone placing an order on the website.
  • “Product(s)” includes all items listed and sold on spraypaint.pk.
  • “Payment Gateway” means any third-party platform used for processing payments.
  1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select locations and order values.
  • Bank Transfers / Direct Deposit – Account details will be provided at checkout.
  • Mobile Wallets & Digital Payment Platforms – e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.
  • Debit/Credit Cards – Where supported via secure payment gateway.
  • Corporate or B2B Invoicing – Available only for pre-approved wholesale clients.
  1. Payment Timelines
  • COD: Pay in full at the time of delivery to our rider or courier.
  • Online Payments: Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Bank Transfers: Must be completed within 24 hours of order placement and proof of payment emailed / WhatsApp to us.

Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in automatic order cancellation.

  1. Security and Verification
  • All online transactions are processed via secure third-party gateways using SSL encryption.
  • We do not store full card details or banking credentials on our servers.
  • Orders flagged for suspicious or high-risk behavior may be delayed, verified, or canceled at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to contact you for identity or payment verification before dispatch.
  1. Order Confirmation and Invoicing
  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.
  • A tax invoice in accordance with FBR regulations will be issued where applicable.
  • If the invoice is not received within 48 hours of payment, contact us at 0331-888-8558.
  1. Payment Failure

Your order will not be processed if:

  • The payment is declined, rejected, or incomplete.
  • Bank transfer proof is invalid or unverifiable.
  • The payment is flagged for fraud or unauthorized activity.

We accept no responsibility for failed payments caused by bank issues, technical errors, or user mistakes.

  1. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
  • If you initiate a chargeback without legitimate reason or without contacting us first, we may:
    • Suspend your account or block future purchases.
    • Report the incident to cybercrime authorities under PECA 2016.
    • Take legal action to recover the product value and associated losses.

We reserve the right to dispute and legally contest false or abusive chargebacks.

  1. No Refunds on Payment Gateway Fees

Any service charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable, even if the order is later canceled or returned.

  1. Pricing Policy
  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may include or exclude taxes (depending on FBR rules) and will be shown clearly at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
