“Customer”, “you”, or “user” refers to any individual or entity placing an order on the website.
“Products” includes all items listed on spraypaint.pk, especially aerosol spray paints.
“Courier Partners” refers to any third-party delivery or logistics company we engage for national shipping.
Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and towns.
In Lahore, deliveries are made via our own in-house riders (occasionally).
In all other locations, deliveries are made via third-party courier or cargo services.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times:
Within Lahore: 1–2 working days
Other cities: 3–7 working days (depending on location and courier capacity)
These are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by:
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Regional restrictions or holidays
Natural disasters or strikes
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, volume, and location.
Promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) may be announced from time to time but are subject to eligibility criteria.
All delivery charges must be paid in full before dispatch.
Dispatch and Tracking
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 working hours of payment confirmation.
Customers may receive a tracking number or status update by SMS, email, or phone.
For courier deliveries, tracking is subject to third-party system availability.
Delivery Attempt and Non-Availability
Couriers usually attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the product may be returned to us.
If returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery:
Additional re-shipping charges may apply, or
The order may be canceled without refund (especially for COD or perishable items).
Risk Transfer and Customer Responsibility
All risk transfers to the customer once the product leaves our premises or is handed to the courier.
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused during transport beyond our direct control
Improper handling by courier services
Loss, delay, or misuse after dispatch
Customers must inspect the packaging upon delivery. If visibly damaged or tampered with, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos.
Special Notes for Aerosol Products
Due to the hazardous and flammable nature of aerosol spray paints, certain shipping restrictions may apply:
We may refuse or delay shipping to areas where such goods are restricted or unsafe.
Products must be handled carefully during transport and storage.
We do not accept any responsibility for damage, leakage, or fire risks arising from:
Exposure to heat or sunlight during transport
Improper stacking or crushing during delivery
Mishandling by courier services
The customer assumes full responsibility for safe receipt, unloading, and storage upon delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a product is marked “delivered” by our rider or courier system:
The order will be considered complete and fulfilled.
Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Beyond this time frame, we are not liable for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
