Eligible returns
Unopened, unused products in original saleable condition may be eligible for a return request within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification and any applicable shipping/restocking conditions disclosed before acceptance.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
If the wrong product is supplied or an item arrives damaged/defective, contact support promptly with the order number, photographs and a description of the issue so that replacement/refund eligibility can be assessed.
Opened aerosol products
For safety, quality-control and contamination reasons, opened or used aerosol products are generally not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
Colour/effect expectations
Finish appearance can depend on substrate, preparation, application, lighting and product-specific limitations. A difference caused by incorrect application is not automatically a product defect.
Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned through an agreed payment method after the returned item and claim are verified.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law in Pakistan.
