1) How do I place an order on SprayPaint.pk?
Go to the product you want, choose the required option (if any), add to cart, and complete checkout by entering your delivery details and selecting your payment method.
2) What payment methods do you accept?

3) When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment is verified (for prepaid orders). For COD, the order is confirmed after checkout and verification where applicable.
4) If I choose Bank Transfer, how long do I have to pay?
Please complete the bank transfer within 24 hours of placing the order and share proof of payment via email or WhatsApp as instructed at checkout.
5) Do you store card details?
No. Online transactions are processed via secure third-party gateways, and full card or banking credentials are not stored on our servers.
6) Can my order be delayed for verification?
Yes. Orders flagged for suspicious or high-risk behavior may be delayed, verified, or canceled at our discretion before dispatch.

10) How are deliveries handled in Lahore vs other cities?
Within Lahore, deliveries may be made via in-house riders (occasionally). For other locations, delivery is made via third-party courier or cargo services.
11) How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, volume, and location. Any promotional free-shipping offer (if available) will be shown at checkout.
12) Will I receive tracking information?
You may receive tracking details or order status updates by SMS, email, or phone. Tracking availability depends on the courier’s system.
13) What if the courier cannot deliver because I’m unavailable?
Couriers usually attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the parcel may return to us and re-shipping charges may apply. In some cases, the order may be canceled as per policy.
14) When does responsibility transfer during shipping?
Risk transfers to the customer once the product leaves our control or is handed to the courier. Please inspect packaging on delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours with clear photos.
Returns & Refunds
15) Do you accept returns for aerosol spray paints?
Returns and replacements are limited due to safety. They are only accepted in specific cases (wrong item shipped, damaged/leaking on delivery, expired or unusable on arrival), subject to strict conditions.
16) What is the time limit to report an issue?
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof (an unboxing video is strongly recommended).
17) What conditions must be met for a return or replacement?
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
Labels, caps, and seals must be intact
Outer packaging should be kept for inspection (if required)

23) How do I choose the right spray for my project?

24) Can I use spray paint on plastic?
Some plastics accept paint well, others do not. Always clean thoroughly, lightly scuff if appropriate, and test on a hidden area first. Using the correct primer for plastics improves adhesion.
25) Can I use spray paint on metal?
Yes. Remove rust, oil, and loose paint, then apply the right primer if needed. For outdoor or corrosion protection, choose a coating designed for metal and your exposure conditions.

Keep a consistent distance and use smooth passes. Too close causes runs; too far causes rough texture. Do a quick test spray first.
30) How many coats should I apply?
Usually multiple light coats are better than one heavy coat. Allow proper drying between coats as recommended on the label.
31) Why is my spray paint dripping or running?
Common causes are spraying too close, applying heavy coats, poor surface prep, or spraying on a cold/dirty surface. Sand the defect after drying and recoat lightly.
32) Why is the finish rough or powdery?
This can happen due to spraying too far, windy conditions, a dusty surface, or the can being too cold. Warm the can to room temperature, clean the surface, and apply lighter coats.
33) Can I clear coat or varnish over the paint?
Yes, if compatible. Make sure the base coat is properly dried/cured, then apply a compatible clear coat in light coats.
