Operator and scope
spraypaint.pk is operated by Marjan Polymer Industries, Pakistan. These terms apply to use of the website and orders placed through it, together with any product-specific, shipping, payment, return, privacy and safety terms referenced on the site.
Product information
We aim to present product names, prices, images, availability and technical information accurately. Pintyplus technical values and application instructions are sourced from official manufacturer material. The current product label and applicable official technical/safety document should be followed where there is a conflict or update.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order may require stock, delivery and payment confirmation before it is accepted for dispatch. We may contact the customer to clarify the order, destination or delivery method.
Prices and payment
Website prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery orders are supplied against advance payment before dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply and are disclosed or confirmed for the order. Cash payment may be made for approved in-person Lahore pickup.
Delivery
Delivery is available across Pakistan subject to courier/route availability and aerosol transport restrictions. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed where delays arise from couriers, weather, restrictions, force majeure or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Inspection and claims
Customers should check delivered goods promptly. Wrong, visibly damaged, leaking or defective items should be reported with the order number and reasonable evidence so that the claim can be reviewed under the returns/refunds policy.
Use of products
Aerosol products must be stored, handled and used in accordance with the container label, official SDS/TDS and appropriate safety practices. Suitability can depend on substrate, preparation, environment and application technique.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, original graphics and other spraypaint.pk content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Manufacturer trademarks, product names, packaging and documents remain the property of their respective owners.
Website availability
We may maintain, change or discontinue site features, prices, products or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited where such loss was not reasonably caused by our breach or cannot lawfully be attributed to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rules and any legally required forum, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
