Cold Galvanizing Compound (Silver)

Galvazinc Silver is a professional cold galvanizing compound spray designed as an anticorrosive galvanic coating for metallic surfaces, based on special polymers and performance additives. It delivers a smooth, uniform silver finish that visually blends well with the look of hot-dip galvanized steel, which is why it is highly practical for galvanized touch-ups where color mismatch usually becomes obvious. It is suitable for both full-structure coating on new steelwork to build a continuous cold-galvanizing protective layer, and for repair and maintenance on weld seams, cut edges, corners, fasteners, and damaged areas where corrosion typically starts first.
Ideal for: metallic structures, fences, tanks, agricultural machinery, railroad equipment, pipes, fasteners, welding areas, galvanized retouching, and full-structure coating jobs in Lahore and across Pakistan. Premium European quality, 100% made in Spain.

About The Product

The Pakistan problem it solves

In Pakistan, steel protection work often becomes a cycle of repeated repainting because corrosion usually starts first at welds, edges, drilled points, and abrasion zones. Another common frustration is galvanized touch-ups that look patchy because ordinary silver coatings do not blend with the hot-dip galvanized look. This Cold Galvanizing Compound addresses both realities. It is designed for corrosion-control intent on steelwork and provides a silver finish that supports a cleaner galvanized retouch appearance when the repaired area is visible.

What this product does

Galvazinc Silver applies a cold-galvanizing, anticorrosive galvanic coating that helps protect steel surfaces from corrosion while producing a smooth, uniform Silver / Bright Silver finish. It can be used for complete coating on new steelwork and for maintenance work on vulnerable points like weld seams, cut edges, corners, and fasteners. Its silver tone also supports visually cleaner blending on hot-dip galvanized surfaces during retouch jobs.

Where to use it

  • Metallic structures and fabricated frames
  • Fences, gates, grills, railings, and boundary steelwork
  • Tanks and metallic containers
  • Agricultural machinery and equipment parts
  • Railroad equipment and heavy-duty assemblies
  • Pipes, brackets, supports, housings, and metal covers
  • Fasteners, hardware zones, and exposed steel points
  • Welding zones and galvanized retouching after cutting, drilling, or welding
  • Suitable for workshop production and on-site maintenance in Lahore and across Pakistan.

Provides durable protection with powerful anti rust coating spray.

Durable galvanizing paint for metal prevents rust on steel surfaces.

How to apply (step by step)

  1. Clean rust and scales, if any, with a wire brush.
  2. Remove grease stains with solvent.
  3. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contamination.
  4. Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute after the mixing balls sound.
  5. Spray from approximately 25 to 30 cm.
  6. Apply thin, quick layers, first horizontally, then vertically.
  7. Apply two thin layers instead of one thick layer to obtain uniform coverage and avoid paint sags.
  8. After completing the operation, invert the can and press the nozzle until only gas comes out to help prevent nozzle clogging.

Safety, storage and handling

  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame.
  • Pressurized container: do not puncture or burn.
  • Avoid inhalation of spray mist. Use a suitable mask for repeated use.
  • Wear gloves and eye protection, especially during overhead work.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Why choose Spanish made Cold Galvanizing Compound

Corrosion control work fails when coating behavior is inconsistent. Pintyplus ZRC cold galvanizing compound is premium European quality and 100% made in Spain, supporting predictable spray delivery, finish uniformity, and stable working times that matter for fabrication throughput. Also, Zinc rich spray protects industrial steel from corrosion.

FAQs

Q1: What is Galvazinc Silver used for?

It is a Cold Galvanizing Compound spray used to help protect metal surfaces from corrosion and for welding and galvanized retouching applications.

Q2: Why should I choose Silver / Bright Silver for galvanized touch-ups?

Silver helps the repaired area visually blend closer to the look of hot-dip galvanized steel, reducing the common mismatch seen with ordinary coatings.

Q3: Can I coat a full new structure with this, not just touch-ups?

Yes. It can be applied as a full-coverage coating on new steelwork to build a continuous cold-galvanizing protective layer, and it is also used for ongoing maintenance.

Q4: Where does corrosion usually start on steelwork in Pakistan?

Common starting points are weld seams, cut edges, corners, fasteners, scratches, and handling-damage zones, especially outdoors and under industrial exposure.

Q5: What is the drying time?

Drying time is about 15 minutes.

Q6: When can I repaint or apply another coat?

Repaint in 30 minutes.

Q7: Is it heat resistant?

Yes. Heat resistance is up to 600°C.

Q8: What surface preparation is required?

Remove rust and scales with a wire brush, remove grease with solvent, and ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants before spraying.

Q9: Can I clean the coated surface with strong chemicals later?

No. Do not clean the coated surface with aggressive products.

Q10: Do you deliver in Lahore and across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan, with free delivery within Lahore.
