Return & Refund Policy explains when and how customers may request a return, replacement, or refund from SprayPaint.pk.
Due to the nature of aerosol spray paints and related pressurized/flammable products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to strict safety conditions.
This policy applies to orders delivered in Pakistan.
1) Definitions
Company / we / us / our: Marjan Polymer Industries, operator of SprayPaint.pk. Customer / you / your: Any person or entity placing an order on SprayPaint.pk. Product(s): Aerosol spray paints, primers, varnishes, coatings, and related items sold on SprayPaint.pk.
2) When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
Wrong item shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged or leaking on delivery: The product was visibly damaged, leaking, punctured, or crushed at the time of delivery.
Expired or unusable on delivery: The product arrived past shelf-life, or in an unusable condition on arrival.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof (an unboxing video is strongly recommended).
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with labels, caps, and seals intact.
Please keep the outer packaging and all received items, as the courier may require inspection.
Do not send any product back without written approval from SprayPaint.pk. We will provide return instructions only after verification.
3) Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law:
Opened, used, or partially used aerosol cans, including any can with a broken seal/cap, missing nozzle, or signs of use.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage (heat, sunlight, flames, impact, misuse).
Any product returned without prior approval from SprayPaint.pk.
Custom or special orders and any items clearly marked as non-returnable.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery for wrong/damaged/defective-on-arrival issues.
Because aerosol products are pressurized and flammable, we do not accept returns once packaging has been opened, for safety, handling, and transport reasons.
4) Refunds (How and When)
If your request is approved and a refund applies:
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after verification and, where applicable, after the item is returned and inspected.
Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued to the same payment method where possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa after verification.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error by us.
Return Shipping Cost
If we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged/leaking, we will guide you on return shipping based on the case.
For other approved returns, the customer bears return shipping cost, unless required otherwise by law.
Share your order number, product name, and clear photos/videos showing the issue (wrong item, damage, leakage).
Wait for written return authorization and instructions from SprayPaint.pk.
If approved, send the product using secure packaging and a reliable, trackable courier as instructed.
We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized, incomplete, or late requests.
6) Risk, Safety, and Customer Responsibility
Once delivered, the customer is responsible for safe handling and storage of aerosol products.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or unsafe use (heat, sunlight, flames, impact).
Customers must inspect the parcel at delivery and report eligible issues within the timeline above.
7) Chargebacks and Disputes
Submitting false chargebacks or fraudulent refund claims is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in order cancellation, account restriction, and legal action.

8) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
